Vian Posted January 31, 2016 Author Share Posted January 31, 2016 So, it's the 31st. Weighed myself and I'm down 5 pounds from 223 to 218, so I'm slightly ahead of my goal of losing a pound a week. Since my diet is already pretty clean, I don't generally tend to lose a lot of weight on whole30's just from the diet change (water weight, etc) I have to really watch portions and snacking, sugar and carb intake to lose weight now. My first whole30 I lost 10 pounds. All in all, happy with results, but I wasn't expecting anything drastic, considering that sugar and dairy were really the only things I was struggling with.
