Wanda705
I was wondering if I drink a glass of compliant almond milk with my meal, can I consider that my fat source?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 1, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 1, 2016 If you have almond milk, it is a fat source. However, when you drink your food instead of eating it, it doesn't provide the same satiety signals -- in other words, you won't feel full in the same way you would if you ate a handful of almonds. Also remember that nuts and seeds are meant to be limited on Whole30, and when you process them into milks or nut butters, it's easy to consume a lot more of them than you would if you just ate them.
