Prickly Hay Posted January 2, 2016 Share Posted January 2, 2016 Hi, I'm a newby to Whole30. I do not have the books and I don't know anyone who has done this before. I have never ever cut alcohol, grains or sugar etc. out my diet before. I think there will be cravings but what else should I expect? Headaches? Irritability? Don't let that deter you though, it's totally worth it! Find a thread to join so that you can do this with others.
