Colorshine
What meal or recipe has been your life saver? Like A meal that is either the biggest time saver for you or maybe the recipe that can always satisfy you. Food prepping is not the answer I'm going for here! Please share a recipe or post a link! For me it's probably sweet potato hash. Maybe with a fried egg on top. Pretty easy but here's the link. http://everydaypaleo.com/baa-baa-breakfast/
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 2, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 2, 2016 Arugula dressed with rice wine vinegar, topped with soft scrambled eggs and blueberries. Seriously delicious!!! missmunchie
Ground beef cooked with a compliant canned pasta sauce. I can heat it all up in 10 minutes and throw it on top of a bed of spinach and it's heavenly every time.
Cbg84
Well fed chocolate chili! Delicious and easy to make. I use a mix of whatever meat I have on hand, add in extra veggies (diced carrots, zucchini, peppers usually b/c I always have them), eat on spaghetti squash or butternut, or sweet potato, and top with onion, cilantro, plantain chips (homemade of course) and or cabbage. (I just started doing the cabbage and it's my new favorite thing!)I always make a double batch to share some and freeze some. I don't know that I'll ever get tired of this one! praxisproject
This might not be the answer you're looking for... this is my "rip cord" life saver Two cans, one of compliant tuna in olive oil and one of sliced green beans that doesn't need cooking. I keep them at work. If I forget my lunch, I'm covered
