Good for you, Kacky! And, I know that feeling. :-)

Being rested will make things easier. :-)

Just be sure to follow the meal template and to eat enough protein, vegetables and FATS. The fats will help keep you satisfied. Some people also find that eating sweet potatoes, etc, at meal 3 helps keep them satisfied in the evenings.

Well done Kacky! There is nothing easy about the first few days. I've made it to the end of day 2 (my 2nd W30) and the headache and fatigue has set in. I look at it as being happy to get the toxins out of my body. Stick with it though. I recall getting thru day 2 and 3 as challenging then WHAM - day 8 I started to feel amazing.


It does happen.  You can do this!
