Kyleagogo
Hello! I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with their rheumatoid arthritis since doing the whole30?
emkrar
The flare-ups in my RA are always reduced when I'm on paleo! Gluten is a definite trigger for me. I've been off for about six months and just started again yesterday...happy to be back and looking forward to reduced inflammation for the first time in a long time! Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 6, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 6, 2016 Hello! I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with their rheumatoid arthritis since doing the whole30? RA is one of those things that is hugely related to inflammation... there's no dispute on that, so definitely eating a reduced inflammatory diet and letting your gut (from whence much inflammation comes) heal is going to for sure have an effect. You may still have flares and symptoms because Whole30 doesn't claim to 'cure' RA (or anything other than your sugar dragon) but I can positively bet that you will see much relief!
