Day 1 of my journey.  Yesterday did not go as planned so minimal time for meal prep.  

 

I packed for Day 1:

Coffee/Coconut Milk/pitted date = disgusting!  This will be the hardest part.  If it wasn't so cold in here I would just skip it altogether!

Breakfast: 3 eggs/small piece leftover steak/potatoes fried in EVOO

Lunch:  tuna in water/carrots/red apple

Banana

 

Packed in case of emergency: YAWP Coconut Chai bar which I ate at 730 AM! I could probably get used to these.
