Sdordine65
I'm not sure what we are allowed to and not to do for our breath after we eat. If we work with the public in close proximity we need to have nice breath but aren't allowed to chew sugar free gum or mints due to the artificial sweetners in them. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Please help...

theminimalistcommunity
Buy some fresh mint! Chewing a leaf after meals is a great way to freshen your breath.
laura_juggles
Carry a toothbrush and brush after a meal? My boss at a previous job used to do that.
sandyridgechik
I use peppermint beadlets from DoTerra. Or peppermint essential oil. Just a drop will do
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 5, 2016 Administrators Share Posted January 5, 2016 I brush and floss (keep a toothbrush, paste, floss in my desk at work). If you get in the habit of brushing and flossing after every meal, not only will your breath be nice and fresh but you'll teach yourself that eating time is over until the next meal. Plus, your dentist will love you!
