mrsmckee Posted January 4, 2016 Share Posted January 4, 2016 Hi all, I'm on day three, and I'm a little gutted. I was bought some 'mulled wine tea' bags for Christmas from whittards. No ingredients on the box, and I had a cup for the first time tonight. It was sooooo good. But after I thought, maybe a little too good? I checked on line for ingredients and it contains SUGAR!!!! praxisproject Posted January 5, 2016 Share Posted January 5, 2016 Don't panic if you need to restart. A restart is not a failure, it helps us learn about our relationship with food. You're not alone in a restart from missing something on a label, it happens to a lot of people.
