LauraDanger
Hey everyone, Im Laura and I live in Glasgow, Scotland. For the last 12/18 months ive been 90% paleo (the 10% for visiting family and going out with friends) but over the christmas period i decided to make things easier for other people throwing my usual diet out of the window. It had been so long that i forgot how much my body hates breads, pastas, rice etc. I sat waiting for the new year bells to ring so that i could go home as quick as possible. I dont want to be so uncomfortable in my own body again. So since Jan 1st ive been back to my usual diet and ive decided that its time to take a step further and try whole30. Ive been following whole30 on instagram for almost a year and Ive read almost all the success stories and i want to be able to speak about my own. So here is how ive prepared. Ive spent the last 12/18 months cutting out bread, pasta, rice, potatoes (dont like the taste anyway). Ive also cut down my sugar intake massively. Today ive emptied my cupboards of sauces and premade spice mixes, alcohol and sugary drinks. My biggest downfall will be the useless supermarkets here in Glasgow and that im on my own (except from you guys!) I go back to work tomorrow so i want to be able to prepare and freeze as many meals as possible. Does anyone have any good recipes which can be prepared and frozen?? (or direct me to the correct thread?) -Laura
