stonemg
Chicken salad with green onions, celery, olives, cashews, apples, homemade mayo. Big batch! Keeps well and you can use it for a spoonful snack, wraps, or plopped in a bowl for breakfast (I did that just today), along with fruits. This is my first time on this program and I'm on day 4. It's been hard, I've been fatigued and kind of a wreck, but I am committed.
LexEatsClean
I second whoever said gyros! I used this recipe: http://www.jaysbakingmecrazy.com/2015/11/01/paleo-gyros/ And it got rave reviews. Served with a big Whole-30-fied greek salad on a bed of spinach. In general, adding lamb into your rotation occasionally might be satisfying, racks of lamb cook quickly (in my area you can get them at costco for really reasonable prices) Or a roast leg of lamb for a Sunday Roast. Adding some different seafood, maybe shrimp or salmon could help too... I haven't made this recipe but it looks good: http://www.eatingbirdfood.com/jerk-shrimp-with-crispy-plantain-noodles/(scroll to the bottom of the page) Or, just changing the type of cuisine you usually make... if you usually go for texmex flavor profiles, try Italian, if you stick with Mediterranean flavors most of the time try something Thai. Stuff like that. So you're using the same meats but different spices and veggies.
