beccabee Posted January 5, 2016 Share Posted January 5, 2016 I never thought I'd post this because I normally like the protein part of my meal the least, but I have been making mel's salmon cakes and omg they are amazing. I was ravenous by the time they came out of the oven (always forget they take longer than I anticipate) and I ate 7 of them!! I ate 4 with my meal but I was still hungry after my plate was done so I ate more. Is there such thing as too much protein/veggies?
