SimplyDave77
Hi, my name is Dave and I'm starting a Whole30 today. I'm hoping that based on a foundation of sound nutrition, I can mitigate my bipolar symptoms without a need for medication, reduce my body fat, and regain a lust for life. I am under a doctor's supervision as far as the medication goes, and have recently ceased taking all of it after 10 years of mixed results. I am beginning to believe that my food choices have a lot more to do with my illness than I previously thought. In addition to the Whole30, I'm doing the 30-day at-home Crossfit challenge I found on the Clean Eats In The Zoo blog. I'm also making a concerted effort to getting more sleep. Thank you all for being here!!

I have loved my W30 lifestyle and has kept me healthy, focused and ready for the physical strengthening.
