Totally relapsed after whole30 August. Need an Australian buddy/ies to start asap!

So after completing my first Whole30 in August I was so happy with my overall fitness and weight and the fact that I stuck it out for a month. Everything was just wonderful!


 

Fast forward to now January and since then I totally went haywire. I have gained 7kgs, cant stop eating gluten, dairy and absolutely CRAVE sugar especially at night, im a serial binge eater and have no motivation whatsoever. Im only 22, I should be active and full of life but working a desk job makes me super lazy (8 hours of sitting down everyday.)

 

I need some motivation again and I need serious help. Thinking if any legends out there wants to join in with me and help each other we could start asap?    :ph34r:

PraxisProject is an Australian moderator (legend) and I think she's in the beginning stages of a Whole 30 (first 1-5 days) with the group in this thread and I can vouch for all of them being a wonderful group! Maybe join them?

G'day Ezz, jump on in, the Whole30 is fine today :D Where abouts are you located? There's a few Aussies about at the moment.

 

I really recommend keeping a food log, it really helps you stay motivated, helps you see patterns in food that match up against how you feel.

 

The cravings are so bad right now because of the binging, it will get better, just start with one Whole30 meal.
