Sando
Specifically on a food labeling Trader Joe's cranraspbery juice the ingredients side shows no sugar, but nutrition side says sugar: 30 grams. Is that ok? I'm guessing the 30 grams reflects the naturally occurring sugar in the cranberry and raspberry juice? Next : Trader Joe's tomato sauce: Ingredient side: no sugar . Nutrition side : Sugar : 1 gram. Just wantt to be perfect on this wonderful program. I'm on Day 4 Thanks for any help! Sando
jmcbn
The ingredient's list is King on Whole30 - so yes these are fine. That said, what do you plan on doing with the juice?
Sando
I was going to add a little to a glass of Perrier sparkling water.
GFChris
I was going to add a little to a glass of Perrier sparkling water. A splash in Perrier is fine. We just don't want you drinking glasses of juice as a beverage on a Whole30.
