Day 26


 


Meal 1 - Breakfast bake made from eggs, minced steak, bacon, kale, peppers and courgette 


 


Meal 2 - Lamb and veg stir fry with best ever stir fry sauce from well fed , olives 


 


Meal 3 - Beef and butternut squash goulash with kale, green beans and carrots

Day 27

Meal 3 - Pork chops roasted with veg and olive oil, turnip mashed with coconut oil, kale and mayo

Meal 2 - Pork chops roasted with veg and olive oil, turnip mashed with coconut oil, kale and mayo

 

Meal 3 - Lamb koftas, new potatoes in ghee, green beans and olives

I've had quite bad reflux over the last week so i'm not going to introduce anything else just now as won't know what the cause is until the reflux is under control. I've posted about it over in the troubleshooting forum. 

 

Day 31 

 

Meal 1 - Breakfast bake made from eggs, minced steak, bacon, kale, peppers and courgette

 

Meal 2 - Chicken curry with parsnips, new potatoes and carrots, olives

 

Meal 3 - Peruvian chicken and chilli mayo and herb sauce with veg
