Rach2044
HELP! I am eating at Red Robin tonight with friends and kiddos...WHAT DO I ORDER? I have yet to eat out since I started my Whole30, a bit afraid of messing up to be honest. Please help! Thank you!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 8, 2016 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2016 Have you looked at the menu online? Red Robin is in Canada and the US so it's difficult for me to pull up the menu and help you search. In broad terms you would want to review the menu and then ask about cooking oils, marinades, rubs, butter on veggies etc. Most condiments would be out as well. Commercial french fries are a no go and most salad dressings will not be compliant. If you're looking at a burger you would want to ask about fillers in the meat (bread crumbs, soy etc). lbmustache
Red Robin is hard I think... hopefully someone has some suggestions. My first inclination would be the avo-cobb-o salad: http://www.redrobin.com/menu/item/6c1603d8-a9a7-496b-8408-7082191f026d/ Without: cheese, bacon, dressing, toast. Rach2044
Thanks for the tips. I ended up eating a late afternoon snack, then ordering a bowl of steamed broccoli and carrots, as I was unsure of how they prepared ithe chicken in the salad. Feeling great about my decision.
