Frozenrozie2
Hi everyone- happy Friday! My favorite night-time tea (Yogi Bedtime Tea) has Stevia leaf in the ingredient. I know Stevia is a 'no' because it's processed from the leaf. Any chance the actual Stevia leaf as an ingredient is a 'yes?' If not, what herbal teas do you like that help you fall asleep? I know camomile is supposed to have calming effects, but tastes like hay to me Thanks! Lauren
GFChris
Sorry, no stevia in any form on a Whole30. Nighty Night Valerian is a compliant alternative. http://www.traditionalmedicinals.com/products/nighty-night-valerian/

praxisproject
Also, if you can't find it in a tea, valerian is often available in compliant capsules.
