Andrea's Whole30 log round 1

I am posting my log for accountability as well as to track and maybe get feedback on something that I am doing wrong or could do differently.  I am trying new things slowly, I don't want to crash and burn and give  up.  I have made a commitment to 30 days and I can do this.  (honestly it hasn't been that hard) :)

My day 1 started with a cup of coffee with unsweetened coconut milk. Not delish but I wanted the caffeine.

Meal 1: cucumbers, grape tomatoes, avacado, red onion, cilantro and 2 hb eggs. A splash of olive oil and cider vinegar.

Beverages: water, apple cinnamon herbal tea

Meal 2: Grilled chicken, grilled peppers and onions, sliced avacado.

Beverage: black tea, water

Meal 3: pan seared chicken, potatoes and onions sauted in olive oil, broccoli sauted with garlic and olive oil.

Going to have a cup of coffee with coconut milk to fend off the headache tom morning.

Feeling: a little tired but not sick. No headache today at all. smile emoticon

 Whole30 Day 2

 

Meal 1: coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon smile emoticon

Leftover potatoes n onions mixed with leftover broccoli. Two eggs over easy on top. So good

 

Meal 2: not really a meal as I was running to dr and errands but I made it home and had a hb egg while I cooked dinner.

 

Meal 3: Steak, potatoes n onions, broccoli salad, sliced avacado

 

Today's Beverages: coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon
Water
Water with lemon slice
Tomato juice

In a few minutes I will be having a cup of coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon

Symptoms: slight headache this morn but gone by afternoon . Other than that I'm doing good. Not feeling sick or real tired thank goodness.

Whole30 Day 3

Meal 1: 2 hb eggs coffee with cinnamon and coconut milk

Meal 2: Steak with potato and eggs and sliced avacado

Meal 3: sausage and peppers n onions

Coffee with cinnamon and coconut milk

Water

Symptoms: today I'm struggling with cravings and feeling tired.

Whole30 day 4

Meal 1: Sausage, pepper and potato omlet

Beverages: Coffee with Coconut Milk and cinnamon

 

Meal 2: Egg/avacado salad made with whole30 mayo served in 1/2avacado

Beverages: water

Got hungry again so I had some more of Meal 1 that was left

 

Meal 3: Roasted chicken with sweet potatoes and ghee (a life changer for me)

Beverages: water with lemon

coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon

Symptoms: feel better today, not tired, no headache.

Whole30 Day 5

 

Meal 1 - cup of bone broth, wasn't feeling very hungry

        

Meal 2 - Sausage and peppers with onions (leftover)

              cup of bone broth

              hb egg

 

Meal 3 - broiled filet of sole (ordered in with no butter sauce), broccoli, baked  potato.  At home I made a tarter sauce from compliant mayo and pickles.  Squeezed lemon on my broccoli and put ghee on my baked potato MMMMM so good

 

Beverages - water, coffee with cinnamon and coconut milk, orange juice
