Johnny M
moving to "whole30 while pregnant" but short answer is Dr's orders trump everything!
Robin Strathdee
Yep, Johnny's right! If your doctor tells you to do it, do it, regardless of the guidelines of a voluntary program like this. If ingredients are a concern for you, work with your OB to find a brand that is more compliant with your ideas. Hope that helps!
Mrs.Smith
Would Melissa be willing to share what prenatal she's on? Otherwise my plan it to go read labels & not get anything with the stuff you really tell us to stay away from, like soy, carageen & sulfites. JCW
In ISWF, the recommendation is Nutrient 950 with Vitamin K from Pure Encapsulations. The Pure Encapsulations website says that these contain milk and soy. I'm just starting my first Whole30, and noticed that my regualr pre-natals contain soy so I was going to stop taking them. Is there any pre-natal type vitamin that is safe to take? Nevermind - found my answer in another post!
