healthyfit07
I drink all kinds of tea and not too picky about them but I was wondering if drinking this tea is whole30 compliant. It's by a brand called teami blends, and it has caffiene in it so itd pre place coffee on some days for me. I purchased a bunch of it before starting whole 30 so don't want it to go to waste. Ingredients are: Oolong, Yerba Mate, Lime leaf Extract, Lotus leaf, Ginger Root, Dandelion leaf, Rhubarb Root. Thanks

praxisproject
Even if the ingredients are compliant, I'd avoid any tea which is promoted with "suppresses appetite". Overriding the feedback from your body makes it really hard to listen to it.

praxisproject
There's quite a lot of natural herbs which suppress appetite, I try to avoid these on my W30 and generally. They are however, compliant
