WholeMama Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 My typical serving size of avocados is 1/2 a medium avocado (usually for breakfast with 3 eggs scrambled with veggies). But since avocado is a fat, should I be aiming for the 1-2 thumbsize servings? By my estimate that would be more like 1/8 to 1/4 of an avocado...
