areed1213
I will NEVER be able to eat a scrambled, egg white, boiled or pouched egg. What can I do to substitute?
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted January 11, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 11, 2016 Eat leftovers from the night before. Steak, meatballs, chicken, mashed potatoes or cauliflower, carrots, salad, broccoli. Soup is also a good Meal 1 option, warm and comforting. You don't have to eat eggs or any other traditional breakfast food.
Mistyfire
I hardly ever eat eggs for breakfast. Tomorrow I'm having a home made sausage patty, some grape tomatoes, a cup of blended soup, half an avocado and maybe a little fruit. Something along those lines is pretty standard for me. Just eat things you like!
praxisproject
If it's just the texture/taste but you otherwise like eggs in food, you might want to experiment with some meat/egg "muffins". Cooked ground meat with beaten eggs and veggies. The meat makes the egg taste less eggy and the mixture changes the texture. If you want to avoid cooked egg completely, you could make mayo Some people can't eat eggs at all (allergic) so there are plenty of recipes without eggs.
