Tammylynn Posted January 11, 2016 Share Posted January 11, 2016 I prepped all weekend and I am off and running (or at least speed walking LOL). Breakfast: Egg muffins: eggs, onions, green peppers, baby spinach/kale mix and some bacon I had in the frig processed really fine in the mini-food processor. Coffee and water. Lunch: Will be large salad with backed chicken (cooked in the crockpot with Mr. Dash seasonings and shredded). I also have found the new dressins in my grocery store mentioned at the top of th website.( no dairy, no sugar, vegan, no gluten) so I am excited to try that!!! I have a couple options for dinner...I will keep you posted. And I will be drinking water, watre, and more water.
