Chimmichurri sauce.....

On day 1 took my first stab at the cookbook. My wife did most of the prep yesterday. Tomorrow we are going to have chimmichurri chicken kabobs. So I just made the sauce, had to improvise a bit since we don't have a food processor. Didn't think our immersion blender would do the trick so I used a smoothie maker (basically a mini blender). I think it's a little thicker than intended, but holy crap is it good. Can't wait for dinner tomorrow!
