Corimac Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 I did 3 back to back Whole30's this past July, August and September. I learned more and more as I completed each one and did fairly well until the holidays when things went off the rails. Restarted today. B- salmon cakes and roasted broccoli and two mandarins L- salad with roasted chicken, olives, Tessemae Lemon dressing 3:00 - iced coffee with almond milk D- beef stew, half avocado with salsa and a few bites of fruit No exercise today- I'll get to that later as the month goes on. I have not had much motivation and my booty has really been dragging lately. I'm sure it is because of my holiday "everything goes" diet! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
