Candaceindi Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 I have had the book since Thanksgiving waiting for the Holidays to be over . Started 1/3 on day 9. I do not feel any different yet. I feel like I am doing it wrong, yet all my labels are right , I have not eaten anything not on the list. I do suffer from muscle pain normally amd have arthritis in my hips . I have a lot of inflammation and complete stress exhaustion for years. Do you think it's working , but taking a long time to Kick in? Nine days is a little early to really be feeling the full benefits, especially as you had some existing conditions, so it could well be that if you keep going, you'll start seeing results soon. If you want to list a couple of days' worth of food, including approximate portions sizes as it relates to the meal template, as well as water intake and any exercise, we could see if there's anything that looks like it could be improved. I have rheumatoid arthritis and celiac disease and I felt much better after 30 days but I continued for another 30 and felt 10 times better. Joint pain is a thing of the past.
