Hey peeps!

 

I'm going out for my sister's birthday tonight at TGI Friday's. I was wondering if anyone had experience navigating this menu and could recommend specific dishes. I'd greatly appreciate it! The allergen menu wasn't super helpful because most of it is cooked on the same surface (SOY IS IN EVERYTHING). Ideally I would like to avoid the go-to salad, but if that's the only option I'd be okay with it. Thank you in advance for all your help!!

Wow. It looks like the only two things on the menu that don't contain soy are fruit cup and fresh broccoli. And it looks like most items also contain milk. I was really surprised to see that. I think your best bet is a salad & maybe bring your own dressing? Or convince her to move her birthday dinner to a whole30 friendly location? ;) kidding.
