Mer1519 Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 I've read the article on what to look for in supplements, but I was wondering if Trader Joe's B-Complex "once daily controlled release" was ok on the Whole 30. The ingredients don't have any obvious sugar or soy, etc. I'm hoping to get pregnant soon and have a history of b12 deficiency, so I should be taking a b vitamin.
