Hello all,


I am somewhat new to the whole 30 and am still trying to navigate the waters of eating out during social events or traveling for work. A few times a week it becomes pretty necessary for me to eat on the road. I am in Arizona and we have several Chop Shop locations which have healthy items and a few ways I could see making it Whole 30 compliant. Does anyone know how they cook their chicken and/or vegetables?


If you have any other suggestions of places to go in the Phoenix Metro area I'd appreciate it!

The only way to really know would be to call the actual restaurant location you're going to go to and ask.  There's a chance that someone could answer what they know but it could be different location to location so you really need to ask.
