SuzyQ1515
I'm started my third Whole30 but this time I am 6 months pregnant. I have gained 30 pounds already, mostly due to feeling awful and eating ALL junk! I have decided that this might be the only way to control these insane sugar cravings. I'm not trying to lose weight just eat better to feel better and maybe slow down the weight gain. On day 2 and I am already feeling better and more full after meals. I'm a little nervous of staying committed in this at times highly emotional state when I am prone to comfort eating. I know this is the right decision, but I think it might be hard. QuilterInVA
Sit down right now and make a list of things to do for comfort besides eating. Check the Whole30 Blog for they were starting a Whole30 program for pregnant women.
