jordynmyah Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 Hi, I'm on day 9, which I know is early, but I'm feeling worse and worse every day. I'm sleeping fine, but I'm having so much trouble waking up in the morning. I'm exhausted all day, and I'm so grumpy and short-tempered. Worse than that, I've come to hate food. I used to love food. Now I'm forcing my way through my meals. I eat until I'm full, and, for the most part, I'm not snacking. But food tastes like ash in my mouth, and even just the thought of food is unappetizing. jburth7 Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 My guess would be that you're not eating enough food and that's making you tired and grumpy. Can you post a couple days worth of meals so we can see what you're eating? One of the moderators will likely jump in to make comments on your meals. As far as not wanting to eat/loathing food, I'm not sure what's going on there but I would guess it's a side effect of being tired and just not having energy for anything.
