krljwlsh
My husband and I have been on a health journey for the last 4 years and have learned so much! A common thread in almost everything we've read has been this - eat real food. We've waxed and waned in our resolve to make the effort for the long-term investment in our health. I'm doing Whole30 as a much needed "reset" and am hoping it will be a catalyst for long-term motivation and lifestyle change. I like that this program has a very clear focus on the emotional/psychological connections we have with food. This has been an area of struggle in my life for as long as i can remember... and I am hoping to achieve the "food freedom" mentioned in the book, or at least continue on the path toward it.
