Felicia
I work in sales and am constantly client and customer facing. I always pop in a piece of gum or a mint after I eat/before a meeting. I went to go look into getting breath mints that may be compliant and the first ingredient in all of the ones I saw was SUGAR! Hurumph. Does anyone have any ideas for something I could use instead? THANKS!
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 13, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 13, 2016 Hi Felicia; This has been discussed at length on this forum. There are a lot of great tried and true methods for freshening your breath. I started you off with a google search of threads on the forum below. In future, type 'whole 30 + XXsubject) into google and you'll probably find past discussions. https://www.google.ca/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=whole+30+breath+mints

Felicia
Oh thank you! I tried searching but obviously did it wrong I had gum the last couple days without realizing it wasn't off limits, so I'll be starting over. Lesson learned. Ya, for some reason, Google is actually the best way to search this forum Good for you for starting over and giving yourself the best benefit... gum not only has offlimits ingredients, but it does weird things to your digestion... you deserve 30 gum-free days!
