thegoldengrahamgirl
Alright, so I have a surfeit of coconut flour in my cupboard. I have abandoned the idea of Paleo baking post-Whole30 - so what do I do with this coconut flour, besides breading stuff with it? Any great recipes/cooking ideas? Thanks! -Lauren (GGG)
kirkor
I'm in the same boat. All I've come up with so far is adding it to meatloaf as a binder. Made gravy with it once but it was only so-so.

praxisproject
I only use it in salmon cakes http://www.ladyhomemade.com/2012/11/14/quick-salmon-patties-and-whole30-week-two/ and things like Mel Joulwan's Crispy Chicken Livers.
