TheNewbie
I think I made a mistake. I have been so good since the first day and it was pointed out to me that the tictacs had sugar and I had 2 of them. I know they are small, however, I do not know if that has set me back. i'm so mad that I didn't check that. I was trying to get the metal taste out of my mouth. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 17, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 17, 2016 Oh shoot!! Read this article and see if you think you should restart. This, regardless of your choice, should be a good lesson to read all labels and know that most convenience foods are going to be off limits! http://whole30.com/2014/06/really-start-whole30/

frogtox
During my last Whole30 I bought a different brand of kombucha and it had sugar in it. I was about halfway through with it before reading on the label that it had added sugar and I felt poisoned. I read the link that SugarcubeOD posted and decided it wasn't worth a re-start, to me. I did take it as a lesson, though and even though I *think* I know what's in something, I always read a label of something I've never purchased before.
