Moderators Tom Denham 10042 Posted May 2, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 2, 2012 A broth made from a pot full of bones. Some people include a few veggies. Some don't. Here's my recipe that includes links to 2 more - http://www.wholelifeeating.com/2012/02/pressure-cooker-bone-broth/.

OldFarmer 29
Bone broth is fantastic. Sometimes during winter, I add ginger, pepper, turmeric and garlic. Warming and soothing. It also freezes well for use as a soup base with vegetables/meat scraps. A great way to make your $ go a lot farther in food value. A restaurant just down the street from me (in Dubai) serves bowls of bone broth and plates of greens and chopped vegetables as appetizers. I could simply eat that and call it lunch, no problem. Yum.
