I've made an ingredient mistake- do I need to star over?

Ugh! I'm so upset. My husband and I are on day 7 and feeling proud of the road we are on. We have a " healthy", locally grown/farmed ingredient restaurant in town where we thought it could be safe for us to eat based on their promotional language. Unfortunately this was not the case. Yes, they use organic ingrdients but as we all know that's not necessarily healthy. Long story short- we ate sweet potatoe chips that were made in a cotton seed/soy based oil. Can someone please tell me if I need to start over?

I think with a seed oil slip up that will be a personal decision on whether or not you start over...not like with gluten/grain, dairy or sugar which are pretty gut disruptive and addictive which require a bit more compliance for the true "reset". On the other hand there is also the issue of "paleo-fying" with the sweet potato chips. But, all in all I think you'd be fine to just press on...
