Could reaction be that fast?

I'm not in my reintro period, but after dinner last night my stomach was not happy. Grumbly and feeling like I needed to go to the bathroom. I had Applegate hot dogs, roasted brussels sprouts and shishito peppers with a little sesame oil drizzled on top, a pickle, 1/4 of an avocado, and a couple little baby white potatoes. The only thing that I hadn't eaten before so far in this Whole30 was the sesame oil. I felt fine this morning. During my reintro, do you think I should try sesame seeds on their own to see if sesame in general bothers me or maybe the oil was just "off"?
