leilaquinn Posted January 25, 2016 Share Posted January 25, 2016 I am not a sweet food person, I like grapefruit and sweet potatoes but that is my sweetness max. I am on day 15 of my whole 30 and feeling great, but other than a few grapefruit and maybe 3 kiwis I am not eating fruit. I eat massive amounts of diverse vegetables. Do you think this is an issue? Even then I ate some passion fruit and a bit of mango, but I would always prefer a Hawaiian pumpkin roasted with olive oil and lots of volcanic salt.
