You might be thinking with my imminent move, this is a crazy time for something like this! Au contraire: the big reason why I'm doing this now is to support my crazy. I have anxiety and depression. Historically, big transitions agitate the two-headed dragon. I am committing to this way of eating now because I wholeheartedly believe nourishing my body this way will profoundly support me from the inside out. I have terrible issues with focus and concentration, as well as mild depression. I get how it can seem counterintuitive but will actually be helpful to break that whole cycle.
