Meal ideas, please!

I've searched the boards and haven't come up with what I am looking for.

I need help planning re-intro meals. I find I can add the different items in, but having a hard time sticking to the template too. (I.e. Especially keeping veggies in).

Can anyone recommend some breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas for re-Introing non-gluten, gluten and dairy??

I wouldn't worry about coming up with new meals, per se.

Keep it easy. Think sides.

On a gluten day for example, have a roll at one meal, pasta at another meal, and crackers at a third meal.

Dairy: cream in coffee, cheese, and yogurt.

Non-gluten: rice, quinoa, and corn.
