I find I can add the different items in, but having a hard time sticking to the template too. (I.e. Especially keeping veggies in). GFChris Posted January 27, 2016 Share Posted January 27, 2016 I wouldn't worry about coming up with new meals, per se. Keep it easy. Think sides. On a gluten day for example, have a roll at one meal, pasta at another meal, and crackers at a third meal. Dairy: cream in coffee, cheese, and yogurt. Non-gluten: rice, quinoa, and corn.
