NicoleLouise76
Last night I broke in my new pressure cooker with a delicious nomnompaleo recipe I was dying to try. Pretty sure my chicken drumsticks were no Bueno, because the dish tasted delicious but it just didn't feel "right" as soon as it was in my tummy. Anyways, horrible nights sleep, culminating in a 3am wake up and getting wickedly "sick at both ends". Felt much better after vomiting and slept till my alarm, but now in up getting ready for work and I'm somewhere between still queasy and hungry and weak and I have NO idea what to eat. My brain is telling me to keep it mega light - coconut water and some fruit. Can I get through the day like this? Ps. Staying home is not an option. Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted January 27, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 27, 2016 Sorry you got sick. Try some sweet potato or whatever sounds good. I know you said staying home is not an option, but if you don't improve, you won't be much good at work if you're in the bathroom 90% of the time. Hope you feel better! NicoleLouise76
I ended up coming home after my client meeting today. It's 8:30pm and I have managed a can of coconut water, 1/2 a banana, water, and a few sips of ginger kombucha.
praxisproject
Don't forget some salt if you're dehydrated, it helps refill your tank. A bath can help too (water goes in through your skin). Peppermint tea and ginger tea can be soothing.
