Starting January 31, 2016- February 29, 2016

Just wanted to say that beginning Jan 31, 2016 I will begin the Whole30 journey for the first time ever. I must say that I am a bit nervous but I welcome the challenge. I know that it will be a change but change is good and exactly what I need.  After-all 30 days isn't that bad. I was pregnant for 9 months.  :)

 

If there is anyone out there who would like to join me lets do this together. If not I will do this alone but know that I am truly not alone.

Well here we go, we start today. I am looking forward to it. I just finished my first W30 and am continuing on. I made it to day 27 and then had a bad day where I was not prepared, but the good news is I learned how important it is to be prepared. Gonna make it to day 30 this time! Good luck everyone!

Hello all, 

 

Had a good day yesterday, and I slept like a baby last night. 

 

M1- 4 scrambled eggs and roasted broccoli and cauliflower, banana

 

M2- spaghetti squash and tomato sauce (Whole 30 recipe) with hamburger

 

M3- BBQ steak, baked potato with clarified butter, roasted asparagus, mango
