Kbella
First week has been a blessing. I wish there was an actual plan of eating....though I'm kinda figuring it out from recipes.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 29, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 29, 2016 Mel Joulwan (author of the Well Fed cookbooks) has put together weekly menus, if you really just want someone else's meal plan to follow: Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4. There are other meal plans out there on other blogs -- google Whole30 meal plan to find them -- but always be sure you double check that they follow the Whole30 rules, and that their meals meet the meal template. If you look around the forum, you can probably find other people who started around the same time you did and share meal tips and other information with them. Browse through the Join the Whole30 section of the forum and see if there's a thread already started for people around your start date, and just jump in and start posting.
