To snack or not to snack?

Right now I've just been doing yoga so I don't eat a Post/Pre meal. Starting Monday(day 15) I'm wanting to add 15-20 minutes of strength or cardio. I plan to do it earlier in the day and yoga later. I haven't done strength/cardio/hiit much for a few months(just taking a break). I'll be having breakfast before my short workout ..will I need something after or does it just depend on intensity?see how I feel? I may not do it every day,but just looking for thoughts.
