Guest
I actually just spat out a bite of my post-workout protein because I reread the ingredients and noticed the last one said "yeast." I can't determine if this is compliant—it doesn't say "yeast extract" or "nutritional yeast," just "yeast." For context, here's the full list of ingredients for Cowboy Brand smoked beef strips: beef, pineapple juice (water, concentrated pineapple juice, and ascorbic acid, vitamin c), jalapeño peppers, salt, paprika, red wine vinegar, black pepper, garlic, onion, yeast. Verdict?

Guest
Tom: I'd read that thread but felt unsure about whether "yeast" was the same as "yeast extract." Sounds like you're saying they're the same?
