I started my first day of Whole30 and I ate what I consider a pretty large breakfast and as I sit here at lunch I am not hungry AT ALL. I've been a low cal, always starving dieter my whole life so i'm feeling really nervous and apprehensive about eating the right amount of food. Did I eat too much at breakfast, is that why i'm not hungry for lunch? This is what I had: A veggie hash containing sweet potatoes, butternut squash, spinach, bell pepper & asparagus (about two spatulas worth) One 3 oz sausage 2 eggs I would love some insight so that I plan my upcoming meals properly for the rest of the time.
