Could it be worth to examine impacts of different products in more days than only one? I am wondering whether e.g. milk or yogurt can have different impact on my organism than cheese. If I try all dairy together in 1 day and get worse afterwards, how can I estimate what made me feel sick? Tomorrow I am reintroducing legumes.
