1 day vs. more days reintroduction (dairy)

Hi all (seasoned) Wholers,


I have a brief question about reintroducing dairy products. Could it be worth to examine impacts of different products in more days than only one? I am wondering whether e.g. milk or yogurt can have different impact on my organism than cheese. If I try all dairy together in 1 day and get worse afterwards, how can I estimate what made me feel sick? Tomorrow I am reintroducing legumes. Wish me luck :-)

Yes, some folks separate different types of dairy on different days, so that if you do have some sort of reaction, you can better identify the culprit.

Just be sure you allow 2 days of 100% Whole30 eating in between reintros, to allow for delayed reactions.
